Seven labs, the starter code, the questions, and a simulation package for
practising the robot labs before you touch the robot.

Start with SETUP.md. Your laptop has Ubuntu 22.04 and ROS 2 Humble on it
and nothing else, so Step 2 is where the simulator and the rest of the
course's packages come from. Do it before Lab 1.
